PGI Services LTD delivers workforce solutions to many of the leading construction brands across the South East of England and the Midlands. We support a wide range of sectors including groundworks, infrastructure, reinforced concrete frames, ground remediation, and highways.
Our Quality Management System is aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and is designed to:

Senior Management is responsible for investigating any quality issues and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions promptly. We also ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood and consistently met—leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.
All components of our Management System are subject to regular review to ensure they remain effective, well-understood, and continuously improving—ultimately helping us to exceed customer expectations.
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure ongoing suitability and alignment with our strategic goals.
